Returns & Exchanges

At Either/Or, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original-condition apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
